Learn How To Control Your Computers Privacy

Did you realize that every time you use the internet or delete a file off your computer you leave a footprint that can still be traced? Unfortunately these files don't just disappear like most people hope they are. Instead they are still saved on your computer, leaving little footprints that can still be tracked.

Even worse these little footprints use up valuable hard drive space causing your computer to run slower, have longer boot up times and even crash which can cause you to loose valuable files or programs. Detecting these hidden files is impossible unless you are a computer wizard, most people would have no idea where to look. But all is not lost as there are software programs that can find them for you.

You can get very cheap programs that will scan your computer and find these hidden files and destroy them once and for all. If you delete a file or email it is a good idea to make sure it is gone forever because you just never know who might dig up that file or email at a later time. Your boss, spouse, friend, or even a total stranger could search through your deleted history at any time. A little scary isn't it?

Privacy issues with these little hidden files is a very real legal concern. Lawsuits or divorce proceedings can use these hidden file to incriminate you even if you think the email or program was deleted. More that one wife has found these little footprints and recovered emails their husbands have sent. Not to say you are doing anything wrong, just a word of caution, if you have something to hide, make sure it is hidden.

If you know what you are doing you can locate these little files in your windows registry. However deleting the wrong code in your registry can cause you completely destroy your computer by deleting important operating systems. This is why you should never try to remove these hidden footprints unless you are sure you know exactly what you are doing. Nothing would be worse than trying to explain why you have accidentally deleted important programs off your work or personal computer.

Privacy Controllers are pieces of software designed to find your hidden footprints no matter where they are hiding in you computer. Most of these programs don't work very well and just use a lot of big numbers to scare you into buying whatever privacy program they are trying to sell. Many internet scammers will also use these fake programs to get you to pull out your wallet and enter your credit card information.

If you want to learn more about how to find and eliminate the hidden footprints that are hiding on your computers hard drive then there is a great free report you can download and take a look at. This report explains in depth how these files get onto your computer and how to get rid of them. Keep your computer secure and protect your privacy, even if you think you have nothing to hide.
